A few weeks ago my iMac started playing silly buggers. It was struggling away, looking a bit wonky and eventually died. Turns out there was something up with the video card and the logic board needed replacing. The repair quote was so expensive that it was a tough choice between buying a new machine and repairing my old one. I eventually decided to get it all fixed up. Paying money just to use something I already had is really annoying.
For the two weeks since it busted I've been using a really old, useless PC to check emails and stuff. It's been miserable. I've not really been in touch with people and lots of stuff needs updating. Ah well, the iMac arrived home yesterday and it's going strong.
COMING SOON: lots and lots of news.
